Stretch out all the major muscles you use. Special attention paid to activating your core and restoring good posture. Classes aren’t all stretch and slow movements. Your core will be worked and you will mindfully activate “the good stuff.”

Osteoporosis-Safe Cues are given as well.
Recommended Props: yoga mat, foam roller, 7-9″ theraband. It can be nice to have the 9″ ball as well.
